Processing times may be longer during holidays, restocks, or high-volume periods.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and carrier rates.

 

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.

 

5. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.

We may request photos to help file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue.

 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

 

7. Shipping Limitations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Food products may have restrictions in certain regions; we reserve the right to cancel orders if shipping is not permitted.
